Do you offer a roof warranty?
We offer a 2 year warranty on material and labor for repairs. We offer a 3 year extendable warranty on material and labor for roof replacements.
We offer a 3-5 year warranty on material and labor for roof coatings. -
What are the benefits to getting my roof recoated?
Elastomeric roof coating can extend the life of your built up roof by providing protection of the roof substrate by reflecting the heat and UV rays which damage the original roofing. Elastomeric roof coating will expand and contract with the roof allowing protection year round for the roof.

How often should my roof be recoated?
Roof coating can last 3 to 5 years depending on quality of roof coating and the elements.

Is roof coating a water sealant?
The roof coating will is not a water sealant and will not stop the roof from leaking. Leaks can occur on the roof for numerous reasons such as ponding, separations at the penetrations (pipes, vents, HVAC units, etc.) on the roof, debris on the roof blocking water flow from the roof, and storm damage. If you have a leak on your roof before we recoat it let us know so we can address the leak properly.

Do you offer emergency services?
We currently do not offer emergency service but we will do our best to help accommodate your needs during the monsoon season.

Do you charge for estimates, roof inspections, and roof certifications?
We provide free estimates. If you are in need of a roof inspection or certification please contact us for pricing. Prices may vary based on size and type of roof.

Do you spray or roll your roof coating?
We roll on our roof coating. By rolling on our roof coating we are able to get proper viscosity and work into uneven roof surfaces.
